My Resource Partners, LLC operates as a technology brokerage and consulting firm. We assist clients in evaluating, selecting, and procuring third-party technology and business services offered by independent suppliers (“Suppliers”). Except as expressly stated in writing, My Resource Partners, LLC does not provide, operate, control, or manage the underlying services.

All service agreements are entered into directly between the client and the applicable Supplier. My Resource Partners, LLC is not a party to, and has no obligations under, any such agreement.

  1. Consultant-Only Relationship; No Agency

My Resource Partners, LLC acts solely as an independent consultant and advisor. Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or employment relationship between My Resource Partners, LLC and any client or Supplier. My Resource Partners, LLC does not have authority to bind any Supplier and does not guarantee Supplier pricing, performance, service levels, or outcomes.

  1. Payment Flow and Billing

All payments for third-party services are made directly from the client to the Supplier. My Resource Partners, LLC does not collect, process, hold, or control client funds for services. Any billing disputes, refunds, credits, or service-related claims must be resolved directly between the client and the Supplier.

  1. Hardware Purchases

In limited cases, My Resource Partners, LLC may facilitate the sale of business hardware, including but not limited to phones, shredders, and other equipment (“Hardware”). Hardware orders are fulfilled and shipped by manufacturers or authorized distributors. All manufacturer warranties apply directly to the Hardware, and My Resource Partners, LLC makes no independent warranties. Risk of loss transfers upon shipment from the manufacturer or distributor, unless otherwise required by law.

  1. No Guarantee of Savings or Outcomes

Any cost savings, performance improvements, or efficiencies discussed or estimated are informational only and are not guaranteed.

  1. Referral Partner Program and Commissions

My Resource Partners, LLC may maintain referral or partner programs under which third parties may receive commissions or residual compensation for referring clients to Suppliers. Referral Partners do not control supplier selection, pricing, or service terms. Commission arrangements do not alter the consultant-only relationship between My Resource Partners, LLC and the client, and do not create any agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationship.

  1. No Professional Advice

Information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before making decisions based on such information.

  1. Third-Party Providers

Our Services may involve recommendations or referrals to third-party vendors. Any agreements you enter into with third-party providers are solely between you and those providers. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, pricing, or terms of third-party services.

  1. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful business purposes
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services
