Challenge

Standardizing every new location entails a detailed site survey, updating cabling, removing and replacing the network and phone system, and, in many cases, updating the Internet service. Replacing expensive agreements for copiers and plotters.

Solution

My Resource Partners uses a national cabling and network installer that conducts in-depth site surveys, installs interior and exterior cabling as well as network infrastructure matching corporate specifications. We also introduced a phone system utilizing Microsoft Teams that can easily be managed by their in-house IT team. They can now quickly add new offices and users to the system remotely. To meet their Internet needs, our consultants connected them with a national wholesale aggregator that has access to every Internet provider in the US. In addition, they have a portal that gives them excellent visibility into their accounts. For their copiers and plotters, we procured an enterprise-level agreement with a top-tier national dealer who would replace their overpriced equipment as the agreements matured with better equipment.
